We have recently learned that certain studios and trading platforms are conducting private transactions. To maintain a positive gaming environment and protect the data security of fellow Immortals, we suspended accounts undertaking related illegal conduct on Oct. 4 at 15:00.

We would also like to reiterate that any of the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Transferring, delivering, disclosing, selling, or lending an account to a third party, including but not limited to the transfer of relevant account rights.
• Using plug-ins and other methods that violate normal game settings, fairness, and any other unauthorized third-party software to play the game.

Likewise, we remind Immortals that transactions with third parties cannot be guaranteed and may easily lead to the loss of accounts and even personal property. Therefore, we appeal to fellow Immortals not to purchase or disclose your account information to others.
Our team will continue tracking the activity of suspicious accounts related to the aforementioned conduct.

If we verify an account engaging in such behavior, please understand that measures such as restricting the account’s use or permanent suspension will be taken.
Our team will not be held responsible for any consequences or disputes resulting from said prohibited transactions. We thereby ask for your full cooperation and thank you all for your continued support!
